Introduction

Welcome to OTT Bangladesh. By accessing our website or purchasing any service from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Nature of Service

OTT Bangladesh provides digital products, subscription access, licences, codes and other online services.

We operate as an independent digital service provider and are not officially affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, logos and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Digital Product Policy

All services offered through our website are digital products.

  • No physical goods are shipped.
  • Access credentials, licences or codes may be delivered through automated systems, email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information during checkout.

Once access details, credentials, licences or codes have been successfully delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Service Delivery

Most orders are delivered instantly or within 5–30 minutes after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification, service availability or technical requirements.

Account and Service Usage Rules

Accounts, profiles, licences or services supplied through OTT Bangladesh are intended only for authorised personal use.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorised persons.
  • Changing an account email, password, PIN or security information without permission.
  • Using more devices, locations or IP addresses than permitted.
  • Reselling, renting or redistributing the service.
  • Violating the original platform's terms or policies.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension without refund.

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

OTT Bangladesh is not responsible for policy changes, account limitations, verification systems, pricing changes, regional restrictions or service modifications imposed by third-party platforms.

Any restriction or interruption caused by such changes is considered outside our direct control.

Payments

Full payment must be completed before a service is activated or delivered.

We may accept payment through PayStation and other supported methods, including:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Other supported payment gateways

Fraudulent payments, unauthorised transactions, false claims or chargebacks may result in suspension of the related order, account or service.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, all sales are generally considered final once access details, credentials, licences or codes have been delivered.

A refund may be considered when:

  • The order cannot be delivered because of a technical failure on our side.
  • We are unable to provide a working replacement or reasonable solution within the applicable timeframe.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Each request will be reviewed, and OTT Bangladesh reserves the right to make the final decision.

Issue Reporting

Customers must report login, licence, code or access problems within 12 hours of delivery.

If an issue is not reported within the applicable period, the service may be considered successfully delivered and operational.

Service Availability

OTT Bangladesh reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue any service when necessary.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party server issues, maintenance, policy changes, regional restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a service if misuse, fraud, unauthorised sharing, chargebacks or violations of these Terms & Conditions are detected.

Limitation of Liability

OTT Bangladesh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service involved.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.

By using OTT Bangladesh or purchasing a service from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
