গ্রাহক অর্ডার করলে, support-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করলে অথবা আমাদের website ব্যবহার করলে OTT Bangladesh ব্যক্তিগত ও transaction-related তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারে।

OTT Bangladesh সাধারণত সম্পূর্ণ card number, PIN, OTP বা payment account password সংরক্ষণ করে না। Payment provider তাদের নিজস্ব privacy policy এবং security procedure অনুযায়ী customer information process করতে পারে।
আমরা গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি, ভাড়া বা বাণিজ্য করি না। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সীমিত তথ্য নিচের পক্ষগুলোর সঙ্গে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে:

Customer information অননুমোদিত access, misuse, alteration, disclosure বা loss থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য আমরা যুক্তিসংগত administrative ও technical ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করি।
তবে কোনো website, internet transmission বা electronic storage system শতভাগ নিরাপদ হওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
Website-এর functionality সচল রাখা, preference মনে রাখা, performance উন্নত করা এবং misuse প্রতিরোধের জন্য cookies, sessions বা অনুরূপ technology ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
আমরা IP address, browser type, device type, referral source ও access time-এর মতো technical information সংগ্রহ করতে পারি।
Order process, customer support, fraud prevention, business record এবং আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময় পর্যন্ত customer ও transaction information সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
যে তথ্য আর প্রয়োজন নেই, তা operational requirement অনুযায়ী delete, anonymise বা securely archive করা হতে পারে।
সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান এবং নিজের device, email account, WhatsApp account ও payment credential নিরাপদ রাখা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
OTT Bangladesh-এর প্রতিনিধি পরিচয় দেওয়া কোনো ব্যক্তিকেও customer তার payment PIN, password বা OTP প্রদান করবেন না।
প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং বৈধ business requirement অনুযায়ী customer আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে নিচের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন:
অনুরোধ process করার আগে customer identity বা order ownership যাচাই করা হতে পারে।
আমাদের website-এ payment provider, messaging platform, streaming platform বা অন্যান্য third-party website-এর link থাকতে পারে।
External website বা platform-এর privacy practice, security বা content-এর জন্য OTT Bangladesh দায়ী নয়।
Service, legal requirement বা operational practice পরিবর্তিত হলে আমরা এই Privacy Policy update করতে পারি।

Customers should never provide payment PINs, passwords or OTP codes to anyone claiming to represent OTT Bangladesh.
